SALMON SANDWICH WITH BLACK OLIVE AIOLI – COMES WITH AN ARUGULA SALAD AND BLACK AND WHITE RICE

CHEF’S PICK:

FRIED EGG SANDWICH, WHICH IS SERVED WITH BABY POTATOES AND ARUGULA PLUS A DESSERT OF SWEDISH PANCAKES

SECRET MENU ITEM:

“WE HAVE A BREADED MUSTARD CHICKEN ENTREE ON THE MENU. THE STAFF AND CUSTOMERS KEPT ORDERING THIS DISH CUSTOMIZED AS A BREADED MUSTARD CHICKEN SANDWICH. AFTER THREE YEARS WE FINALLY ADDED THE ‘SECRET’ SANDWICH TO THE MENU.”
